Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

We stand firmly behind the quality of our specialized powdered maintenance systems. If you encounter any issues with your order, we want to make it right.

2. 30-Day Return Window

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on items purchased directly from our online store.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

 

To qualify for a full refund or exchange under our policy, items must meet the following guidelines:

 

Pouches or packet boxes must be in their original, un-tampered packaging.

For safety reasons regarding chemical consumables, we cannot accept returns on bags that have been completely opened, used, or contaminated after delivery.

Proof of purchase or your original online order number must accompany the return request.​

4. How to Initiate a Return

 

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@funk-fix.com. Please provide your order number and a brief statement regarding the reason for the return. If your product arrived damaged during transit, please include clear photographs of the damage so we can fast-track a free replacement to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or your package was compromised during delivery, we will supply a prepaid return shipping label at absolutely no cost to you.

Customer Preference Returns: For standard returns (such as accidental ordering or changing your mind), the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return ground shipping back to our warehouse.

We do not charge restocking fees or hidden return administrative fees for any returns.

6. Refund Processing Time

 

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. After processing, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
