To ensure a transparent shopping experience and to comply with Google Merchant network standards, please review our shipping and return practices below.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed, packed, and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment networks in the United States.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Order Handling Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for our team to process, pack, and prepare your powdered formula pouches or packet boxes for shipment.

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following business day.

Transit Times & Shipping Costs

We believe in completely transparent pricing with absolutely no hidden fees at checkout. We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

  • Standard Ground Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Shipping nationwide)

  • Standard Ground Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days once handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combining handling time and transit time, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, an automated confirmation email containing a tracking link (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.

Delivery Restrictions

We ship to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and domestic P.O. Boxes. We do not currently support direct international shipping outside of the United States.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We stand firmly behind the quality of our specialized powdered maintenance systems. If you encounter any issues with your order, we want to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on items purchased directly from our online store.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full refund or exchange under our policy, items must meet the following guidelines:

  • Pouches or packet boxes must be in their original, un-tampered packaging.

  • For safety reasons regarding chemical consumables, we cannot accept returns on bags that have been completely opened, used, or contaminated after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase or your original online order number must accompany the return request.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@tankfunkfix.com. Please provide your order number and a brief statement regarding the reason for the return. If your product arrived damaged during transit, please include clear photographs of the damage so we can fast-track a free replacement to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or your package was compromised during delivery, we will supply a prepaid return shipping label at absolutely no cost to you.

  • Customer Preference Returns: For standard returns (such as accidental ordering or changing your mind), the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return ground shipping back to our warehouse.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return shipment is received and verified by our warehouse team, we will send an email notifying you that your item has been checked back into inventory.

Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) automatically. Please note that it typically takes financial institutions 3 to 5 business days to clear and reflect the refunded balance back into your account.
